Jeannie Fowle: Navigating a Successful Career
In 1994, Jeannie launched her broad-based career with one of Fortune's Most Admired Companies - Northwestern Mutual. By the next year, she was promoted to a consultant role to work closely with the 20 largest and most successful offices in the Northwestern Mutual system. During this time, she also worked closely on the development of their Fastrack Training System and served as a Recruitment Consultant.
After several years in that role, Jeannie "spread her wings" to become a financial representative in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. There, she achieved Pacesetter 40 and Second 60, and ultimately achieved Top 10 of all new financial representatives in the Central Region. Soon after, she was appointed Director of Training and Field Director. In 2001, she transferred to Cleveland, Ohio, where she worked as Field Director and Assistant Managing Partner. From 2000-2005, Jeannie consistently ranked among the Top 10 Field Directors in her category. She was tapped to be a part of the Company's exclusive leadership program and was on a path to become a Managing Partner.
After yet another geographic move - and the addition of her sons to the family - Jeannie left Northwestern Mutual to begin her coaching and consulting business. In addition to working with her individual coaching clients, she has been a national coach for most of the leadership roles in the Northwestern Mutual System - College Unit Director, Recruiting Field Director and District Director/Managing Director Start-Up Programs has worked directly with more than 100 leaders throughout the Northwestern Mutual system. Jeannie also works with personal producers at all levels of tenure and production.
Jeannie and her husband, Steve, are the (usually) proud parents of Collin Christopher and Reagan Reid. They live in Jupiter, Florida with their mutt, Ruby. When she is not challenging her business clients to work their hardest, she gets out the rest of her energy as a Spinning Instructor.
